Meet the New Girls
On our recent visit to Lendang Nangka in December 2023 we had the pleasure of meeting these girls and some of their families. They have been identified as bright, capable girls who are doing very well at school and are active community members. They would love the opportunity to continue their education after school however their families cannot afford the cost of this. It was inspiring getting to know each of them and hearing their stories. They all show huge determination and enthusiasm to continue their education, to fulfill their potential and to enrich their own lives as well as to make a difference within their communities.
